your vision
Every great project starts with a conversation, ideally over a coffee. This is where we get to know each other, explore your vision, and understand what success looks like for your business. We talk about your goals, your guests, and any concerns along the way. Think of it as a brainstorming session where no idea is too early and no question is too silly.

Spatial Coordination
Making every detail

The planning application is submitted, and architecture becomes a giant game of Tetris, where we coordinate every piece from structure, services, and technical systems so everything fits together. We check that the design meets all Building Regulations. Interiors are also fully coordinated from lighting and joinery to kitchens, bathrooms, and furniture layouts.

Project Brief
Defining the strategy

Now we become slightly obsessed with you as we'd like to understand your story better than anyone else. Together we create a Project Brief, defining the programme, spaces, budget, priorities, and personality of the project. As well as the interior character, atmosphere and materials. We assess the site and planning requirements, and we draft our appointment contract.

Technical Design
Turning details into
buildable information
Here we turn the design into a detailed set of instructions for construction and for health and safety approval. Every finish, fitting, material, and technical detail is carefully specified and coordinated with specialist suppliers and consultants. The interior design is also fully developed, including lighting, furniture, joinery, and finishes, in a package ready to build.

Concept Design
Transforming the strategy
into a clear design
This is where ideas begin taking shape. Through sketches, plans, 3D models, and visualisations, we explore how guests will experience the space and how it will work behind the scenes. Engineers and specialist consultants help test ideas, while interiors emerge through materials, light, furniture, and textures. By the end of this stage, the project has a clear design direction.

Construction and Delivery
Guiding the project construction
until completion
The contractor arrives, and the site wakes up. We help select the right contractor, stay involved throughout construction, and work closely with the wider team to ensure the finished building matches the original vision. We oversee both the architectural quality and the interior details, from craftsmanship and materials to furniture installation and final styling.
